For this tutorial you will need:
Some tubes, colours and font of your choice.
I have included the materials I used in the zip file
Download here

You can either use the cameo provided or make your own from the Poor Man's Cameo listed in the tutorials

Save the gold beads and the roselacetiled to your PSP Pattern folder

Open a New Transparent Image 650 x 450 and Flood Raster 1 with Black

Materials Palette. Set the Foreground to the Rose tiled pattern - Angle = 0, Size = 100

New Layer
Flood with the rose pattern
Same Layer - Selection Tool - Custom Selection
Top = 0, Left = 150, right = 550, Bottom = 450
Selections Invert - Delete
Selections None
Resize this layer only 90%
Same Layer
From the Tool Bar Choose the Warp Brush
Mode set to Noise (run your cursor over the Modes until you find Noise)
Size = 30, Hardness = 50, Strength = 100, Step = 5, Noise = 1, Edge Mode Fixed



Hold down the Shift Key - Click in top left corner of the rose pattern - then click in the top right corner - Release Shift Key and apply the brush

Hold down the Shift Key - Click in top right corner - then bottom right corner - Release Shift Key and apply the brush
Hold down the Shift Key - Click in bottom right corner - then left bottom corner - Release Shift Key and apply the brush
Hold down the Shift Key - Click in bottom left corner - then top left corner - Release Shift Key and apply the brush
Apply Drop Shadow
Vertical and Horizontal = 5, Opacity = 30, Blur = 15, Colour Black
Repeat Drop Shadow with Vertical and Horizontal = Minus 5
Edit - Cut - Paste as a New Layer
This will center the image on the black background
Highlight and Delete the empty layer

Highlight the top layer
Duplicate the rose pattern layer twice for a total of three pattern layers

Highlight the bottom pattern layer - Image - Free Rotate - Right 15 degrees - Layer Opacity to 65
Highlight the middle pattern layer - Image - Free Rotate - Left 15 degrees - Layer Opacity to 65
Highlight the top layer
Copy and Paste the Cameo as a New Layer. Image - Resize by 90%

result so far

New Layer
Materials Palette. Foreground to the rose tile
Change the Angle to 90 and the size to 50
Background set to Gold Beads Pattern
Selection Tool - Custom Selection
Top = 10, Left = 10, Right = 50, Bottom = 440
Right click to Flood the selection with the Gold Beads Pattern
Selections - Modify - Contract by 2 - Delete
Flood the selection with the rose pattern
Selections None

Duplicate this layer - Resize this layer only by 85%
Don't touch anything - Layers - Merge Down

Duplicate the merged layer and Mirror



Change the Layer Mode to Exclusion and the opacity to 65 for both side border layers

Merge All Layers Visible

Magic Wand - Add/Shift - Click in all the Black areas. Don't forget the middle top and middle bottom



New Layer
Flood the selection with the gold bead pattern
Selections - Modify - Contract by 2 - Delete
Selections None

Open the ring tube - Resize by 50%
Copy and Paste as a New Layer - Close the original without saving changes
Use the mover tool to position the ring tube at top left



Still on the ring layer - Apply - Effects - Reflection Effects - Rotating Mirror
Horizontal = Minus 30, Vertical Offset = 35, Rotation Angle = 155 and check Edge Mode - Reflect

Still on the ring layer - Adjust Hue and Saturation - Colourize - Hue and Saturation both = 35
Image - Resize this layer only by 75%
Use the mover tool to place in top left corner
See tag for placement
Change the Layer Opacity to 85

If you have Simple Filters - Choose Top Left Mirror - the four corners appear

If you don't have Simple Filters ..
Ring Layer - Duplicate - Mirror
Duplicate - Image - Flip
Duplicate - Image - Mirror

Merge All Layers Visible - Image - Resize 85%
Bicubic resampling and All Layers checked

Image - Add Borders of 10 Symmetrical - Colour Black

New Layer
Flood with the Gold Bead Pattern
Selections Select All - Selections Modify - Contract by 2 - Delete
Merge All Layers Flatten
Add watermark and any necessary Copyright information
Resize using Bicubic Resampling
