For this tutorial you will need:
Tubes, a gold pattern, colours and font of your choice.
I have included the materials I used ( Gold Pattern: Hands: Roses and chocolates: Heart) in the zip file

Filters Required: FM Tile Tools:
DSB Flux:


Place the Gold Sculpture Pattern in your PSP Files, Patterns

Open a Transparent image 650 x 450

For this tutorial and supplies I have used:
Foreground colour #8e303b
Flood fill Raster one with colour
Add Noise, Gaussian, Monochrome 8%
Apply FM Tile Tools Blend Emboss with the default values

New layer
Selection Tool: Custom Selection
Top = 5, Left = 0, Right = 650, Bottom = 100
Materials palette Foreground set to Pattern - Gold Sculpture. Angle 0, Size 100 Flood fill the selection and leave active
Selections, Modify, Contract by 2, hit Delete on the keyboard
Contract the Selection by 4
Flood the Selection with the gold pattern
Contract the Selection by 2, hit Delete on the keyboard
Select None

On the same layer - Effects, 3D Effects, Chisel. Size 10, Transparent checked

Duplicate Raster 2, Image Flip

On Copy of Raster 2, apply Effects, Distortion Effects, Curlicues
Columns and Rows Symmetric with a value of 4. Radius 80%. Strength 75. Clockwise checked

Right click on Copy of Raster 2 and from the Drop Down Menu choose Merge Down
On this layer apply:
Drop Shadow of Vertical and Horizontal = 2, Opacity = 50, Blur = 10, Colour White
Repeat the Shadow with Vertical and Horizontal at Minus 2
Adjust Sharpness, Sharpen

New Layer

Selection Tool, Custom Selection
Top = 110, Left = 20, Right = 300, Bottom 340
Flood fill the selection with white
Select None
Apply DSB Flux Linear Transmission
Slice size = 4, Offset = 20, Blend = 50, Horizontal checked
Change the Layer Opacity to 50 and the Mode to Soft Light

Copy and paste the hands as a New Layer
On this layer apply the 20/20 Mask
Check Source Luminance and Fit to Layer
Merge Group
Use the Mover tool to place at the right edge
Change the Layer Mode to Soft Light.

After adding hands

Copy and Paste the Marif roses and chocolates as a New Layer
Resize this layer only 70% and use the Mover tool to place at the left edge
Change the Layer Opacity to 50 and the Mode to Luminance (L)

after adding the marif tube

Copy and paste the heart charm as a New Layer
Resize this layer only 80%
Change the Layer Opacity to 65, and the Layer Mode to Luminance (L)
Apply FM Tile Tools Blend Emboss, default values
Use the mover tool to place in the top left inside the border

Duplicate the heart layer and mirror

Choose a nice font
Type your text as vector text in the top border
Objects Align, Align Horizontal Center
Convert to Raster Layer
Change the Layer Opacity to 85 and the Layer Mode to Luminance (L)

Duplicate the Text Layer
On the original text layer apply Effects, Distortion Effects, Wind
Apply in both directions with a value of 50

Highlight the copy of Text layer and Apply a Drop Shadow with these settings:
Vertical and Horizontal = 1, Opacity = 50, Blur = 0, Colour Black

Merge all layers visible and Copy
This will stay in memory until needed

Add Symmetric borders of 25, Colour White
Magic Wand, Inside checked, select the border

New Layer
Paste into Selection
Leave the Selection active
Adjust Blur, Motion Blur, Angle 135, and Strength = 25
Edge Effects, Enhance
Select None

Add Symmetric border of 1, Colour #8e303b

Add watermark and any necessary Copyright information
Resize using Bicubic Resampling
