For this tutorial you will need:
A tube, colours and font of your choice.
I have included the materials I used in the zip file

Open a New Transparent Image 650 x 450
Materials Palette Foreground # cfaa8c
Flood Raster one with colour
Apply Blinds, both ways. Width 2, Opacity 20, Colour White
Open the Precious Poppies tube
Resize 70%
Copy and Paste as a New Layer onto the working image
Close the original without saving changes
Duplicate and Hide
Highlight Raster 2
Effects, Texture Effects, Weave
Gap size = 18, Width = 15, Opacity = 100, Weave Colour #633910, Gap Colour White, Fill Gaps Checked
Same Layer
Magic Wand. Add/Shift, RGB, Tolerance = 0
Select all the white squares and Delete
Selections None
Effects 3D Effects, Drop Shadow
Vertical = 1, Horizontal = 8, Opacity = 30, Blur = 7, Colour Black
Change Layer Opacity to 60
Highlight Copy of Raster 2
Resize this layer only 85%
Move to the left of the trellis
Duplicate and Hide Duplicate
Highlight Copy of Raster 2
Change Layer Mode to Dissolve
Layer Opacity to 50
Unhide the top layer, Copy (2) of Raster 2
Resize this layer only 95%
Change Layer Opacity to 70
Effects, Edge Effects, Enhance
Hide Raster 1
Merge other 3 layers visible
Edit, Cut, Paste as New Layer. (this centers the merged layer)
Apply text of choice. Vector checked
Place over or under the trelliswork
Objects, Align, Horizontal Center in Canvas
Convert to Raster
Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow
Vertical = 1, Horizontal = 4, Opacity = 30, Blur = 7, Colour Black
Hide Raster 1
Merge the remaining layers visible
Unhide Raster 1
Make sure the merged layer is highlighted
Click on Crop Tool
Click on Snap Crop Rectangle, Layer Opaque
Apply the crop rectangle
Merge All Layers Visible. Copy
Add Borders, Symmetrical = 15, Colour White
Select Border with Magic Wand and Paste into Selection
Adjust Blur, Gaussian Blur, Radius = 20
Selections Invert
Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow
Vertical and Horizontal = 6, Opacity = 30, Blur = 8, Colour Black
Repeat the Shadow with Vertical and Horizontal at Minus 6
Selections Invert
Apply Blinds both ways, same settings as before
Select None
Add a 1 Pixel symmetrical border, Colour Dark Brown
Add watermark and any necessary Copyright information
Resize using Bicubic Resampling
