For this tutorial you will need:
Your own choice of a tube and a colourful graphic to use as a background
Filters Required: Neology:
Eye Candy 4000
**My Neology filters are applied from Filters Unlimited. Different results occur when Neology is used from a Plug-in folder.
1 Choose three matching colours from your tube
Open a Transparent Image 400 x 400
Flood fill with the darkest colour
2. New Layer
Flood fill with a lighter colour and resize this layer only to 85%
Still on the resized layer Apply Neology, Refractor, Horizontal 75, Vertical 50
3. Using the Magic Wand click on the white areas, flood fill with third colour from tube
4. Leave selected and apply Texture Effects, Fine Leather - colour Black, angle 275, Blur 2, Transparency 235, Furrows 25, Length
of Furrows 8

5. Leave selected and apply Inner Bevel, the first bevel like a triangle, Width 2, Smoothness 1, Depth 2, Ambience 2, Shininess 30, Angle 315, Intensity 30, Elevation 50. Deselect

6. Using the Magic wand select the large rectangle
Apply Neology Refractor, Horizontal 65, Vertical 0, Deselect
7. Select the narrow rectangle on right. Apply Blinds, Width 2, Opacity around 30, use the darkest colour from your tube, Horizontal unchecked, Light checked. Deselect
8. Select the two narrow bands across the bottom, Apply blinds and change the direction. Deselect
9. Click outside layer with Magic Wand, Invert Selection, Modify, Selection Borders, Outside checked, Width 2
Flood fill with a gold gradient
Apply Inner Bevel ( it will be in your settings from the last time)
Deselect
10. Merge Layers visible
11. Select the Dark border, apply the fine leather texture and inner bevel
Deselect
12. Choose the inside rectangle again with the Magic Wand
Add a new layer and paste your colourful graphic into the selection
Leave Selected
Apply Eye Candy Squint, high setting, apply twice if necessary
Deselect
13. Copy and paste tube as a new layer over the squint background
Apply a Drop Shadow to the tube. Vertical minus 3, horizontal 8, Opacity 35, Blur 10, colour black
14. Apply text. Create as a vector and fit it into the narrow rectangle at right of image
Convert to raster layer
Apply a Drop Shadow to the text. Vertical 1, Horizontal minus 1, Opacity 50, Blur 1, colour black
15. Merge all Flatten
16. Resize graphic using bicubic setting.
Place your watermark and any necessary copyright information on your graphic and it's good to go
