For this tutorial you will need:
A selection of Tubes, colours and font of your choice.
I have included the materials I used in the zip file

Open a new Transparent Image 650 x 450
Foreground colour Black - flood Raster 1 with Black
Open LM old paper - Copy and paste as a New Layer on your working image
Change the Layer Opacity to 60 and the Layer Mode to Hard Light
Use the mover tool to place against the left edge
Duplicate and Mirror
Copy and Paste MelC (70) as a New Layer
Image - Mirror and move to the top right corner
Change the Layer Opacity to 38 and the Layer Mode to Hard Light
Copy and Paste KaraT2518 as a New Layer
Image - Mirror. Use the Mover tool to place in the bottom right corner
See Tag
Change the Layer Opacity to 85
Copy and Paste the 'Asian' lady as a New Layer
Image Mirror and move against the left edge and down
Change the Layer Opacity to 90
Check the position of your tubes and Merge All Layers Visible
This is what we have so far
Image - Canvas Size - Increase the Canvas size to 750 x 550
New Layer - Send to bottom or drag under the graphic
Foreground colour #717362
Flood the bottom layer
New Layer - still under the graphic
Change Foreground Colour to #d7d5d5 and click on the texture button
Open the Materials Palette - make sure Texture is checked and scroll down to Bobbles 01
Flood the layer with Bobbles 01 and lower the opacity to 30
Layers Merge down
We have two layers now
The graphic and the bottom layer
Stay on the bottom layer
Selections - Select All - Selections Modify - Contract by 20
Effects - 3D Effects - Buttonize
Height and Width = 10, Opacity = 100, check Transparent, Colour #717362
Selections None
Same Layer
Selections - Select All - Selections Modify - Contract by 10
Effects - Buttonize - Change the Height and Width to 4, leave the other settings
Selections None
Same Layer
Selections - Select All
Effects - Buttonize - Height and Width = 4, same settings as before
Highlight Top Layer
Apply Drop Shadow
Vertical and Horizontal = 5, Opacity = 50, Blur = 15, Colour Black
Repeat Shadow with Vertical and Horizontal at Minus 5
Open the Mtm Bloemen (the pretty red flower) *G*
Resize 60% - Copy and Paste as a New Layer
Close the original without saving changes
Move the Flower to the left edge of the graphic. See tag
Duplicate the flower and resize this layer only by 70% - move into position
Duplicate the flower again and resize this layer only by 70% - move into position
Merge Down - Merge Down
All the flowers are on one layer now
Apply Drop Shadow of
Vertical = 1, Horizontal = 5, Opacity = 50, Blur = 15, colour Black
Copy and Paste TLJasmine corner tube as a New Layer
Image - Mirror and place in the top right corner
Change the Layer Opacity to 85 and the Layer Mode to Luminance (L)
Add watermark and any necessary Copyright information
Resize using Bicubic Resampling
