For this tutorial you will need:
Your own choice of tubes and colours
Filters Required: DSB Flux Linear Transmission

Open a new Transparent Image 650 x 450
Selection Tool - Custom Selection
Top = 0, Left = 0, Right = 350, Bottom = 450
Flood the Selection with #5e5176. Selections - Invert
Same Layer. Flood the Selection with #813371. Selections None
Same Layer. Apply Effects - Reflection Effects - Feedback
Opacity = 75, Intensity = 60, Horizontal Offset = 85, Vertical Offset = 0
Same Layer. Apply DSB Flux - Linear Transmission
Slice size = 6, Offset = 1, Blend = 50, Horizontal checked
Same Layer. Magic Wand, RGB, Tolerance 20. Select the solid colour on the right side
Apply Noise 20%. Gaussian checked, Monochrome checked. Selections Invert
Same Layer. Apply Blinds
Width = 2, Opacity = 20, Colour White, Horizontal checked
Leave the Selection active and apply a Drop Shadow with settings
Vertical = 1, Horizontal = 8, Opacity = 30, Blur = 15, Colour Black
Selections None
New Layer
Select All - Selections Modify - Contract by 40
Flood the Selection with a gold pattern or gradient
Selections Modify Contract by 1 Hit delete on the keyboard
Selections Modify Contract by 1 Flood with gold
Selections Modify Contract by 1 Hit delete on the keyboard
Selections Modify Contract by 1 Flood with gold
Selections Modify Contract by 1 Hit delete on the keyboard
Selections None
Apply Effects - Distortion Effects - Curlicues
Columns = 8, Rows = 10, Radius = 50, Strength = 50. Check Clockwise
Apply Drop Shadow
Vertical and Horizontal = 1, Opacity = 30, Blur = 0, Colour Black
New Layer
Select All. Copy and Paste bgtutmermaid (bubbles) into Selection
Selections None
Reduce the Layer Opacity to 45 and change Layer Mode to Screen
Effects - Edge Effects - Enhance
This is what we have so far
Copy and Paste the face tube as a New Layer
Copy and Paste the butterfly and flowers as a New Layer
Use the Mover tool to position both tubes. See tag for placement
Highlight the top layer, butterfly and flowers and apply a Drop Shadow
Vertical = 1, Horizontal = 8, Opacity = 35, Blur = 8, Colour Black
Reduce Layer Opacity to 70
New Layer
Selection Tool - Custom Selection
Top = 0, Left = 0, Right = 650, Bottom = 30
Flood the Selection with white
Change Layer Opacity to 50
Select None
Duplicate and Flip
Type Text in bottom left corner and apply your favourite drop shadow
Merge All Layers Visible. Copy. This will stay in memory
Add Borders, Symmetrical = 20, Colour White
Select Magic Wand. Change the Tolerance to 0. Select Border
New Layer
Paste into Selection. Adjust Blur, Gaussian Blur = 5. Leave Selection active
Effects - 3D Effects - Chisel. Size = 5, Transparent checked, Colour White. Leave the Selection
Selections - Modify - Contract by 9. Leave the Selection
New Layer
Flood Selection with gold
Leave those marching ants
Apply Drop Shadow
Vertical and Horizontal = 1, Opacity = 35, Blur = 0, Colour Black
Select None
Add Symmetrical border of 1 pixel, Colour #5e5176
Add tiny corners to cover up the jagged edge of the gold border, Watermark, add any necessary copyright information
Merge Flatten and your tag is finished
Resize to suit using Bicubic Resampling
